THE TEXT ISLE PATCHWORK COOKBOOK: Theme and Formats

Culinary patchwork is the art of quilting with food. My recipes celebrate five traits: unusual juxtapositions, color, resourcefulness, waste reduction, and diversity.

I’ve been cooking and researching cooking methods for twenty years. I don't have a professional cookbook publisher, and I didn't go to cooking school, but I tested each recipe multiple times, and benefited from the help of testers, tasters, and critiquers.

In addition to the recipes, I hope you’ll find the food prep tips helpful. I also hope this book leads you to record your recipes.

I offer The Text Isle Patchwork Cookbook as a free ebook download at www.textislepatchwork.com. The PDF file can be read on Kindles, iPads, iPhones, Androids, most other smart phones and ebook readers, and of course, from your computer. Consider printing out the recipe(s) you’re interested in, so you won’t have to lug a book around your kitchen, or risk spilling sauce on a gadget.
